A good fruity flavoured Pinot Grigio, clean and fresh with a slight spiciness on the tongue.

Tasting Notes

An excellent Pinot Grigio with the unmistakeable aromatic scents of the grape. The wine has a strong yellow colour and the flavours are pleasantly aromatic, harmonic and velvet-like.

One of the best Pinot Grigio`s from Italy which we have tasted, dryish with a hint of spice.

Producer Information

Cantina Beato Bartolomeo: On Saint Valentine`s Day in 1950, one hundred and twenty-one wine farmers in the Breganze district joined forces to create a new agricultural co-operative. They named the co-operative after a local figure Bartolomeo de Breganze. The Cantine was set up with the intention of strengthening the hands of the wine growers and to improve the quality and reputation of Breganze wines - this it has succeeded in doing but it is not complacent and improvement is still one of their main aims. Breganze is an ancient centre of grape cultivation in the province of Vincenza in the Veneto.
